- most PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software, particularly older files
- text extends beyond the screen on the Agendas and Minutes page if the user selects the List option in the Archive of files

How we tested the website
This website was last tested by Killinghall Parish Council in February 2026 using two different browser extensions:
- WAVE by Webaim
- Accessibility Checker by Siteimprove
These are used to evaluate pages after creation or editing, and to address any issues where possible within the website’s framework. They are automated tools that cannot be expected to discover all possible accessibility issues on the website.
The use of screen readers is tested on a sample of pages and PDF files using VoiceOver for Mac; and Narrator, JAWS and NVDA in a virtual environment.
Third Party Content
Our website links to third party websites and content. We are not responsible for these resources and their accessibility. If you need assistance from those websites, please contact the website owners.
